Visit community organizations in the lobby, pick up a free tree, and attend environmental events and workshops throughout the day. See a solar home in the library’s parking lot, donate reusable items to benefit Habitat for Humanity, and recycle small electronics with Recycling Avenue (televisions not accepted).

The tireless wren is in constant search for insects. Attracting these songsters to your yard can be as easy as adding a wren house. At this all-ages program, Eagle Scout candidate, Anthony Restivo, will provide information about this tiny bird and give you all the materials you need to assemble your wren house. No tools needed. Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult. Register one person per birdhouse. Birdhouses are limited, so reserve your spot quickly!
